I understand that if I Do Not move out on the date indicates above, I  must provide another 30-day notice to my landlord. I  understand that my security deposit shall not be used by me in lieu of payment of last month's rent.

The returning of your keys indicates to us that you are no longer in posession of the unit.

Rent will be charged until we have possession of the unit.
