AN INTRODUCTION TO VOGT & ASSOCIATES

Vogt & Associates, originally know as Q&V Investments, Incorporated, is a 19 year old company consisting of five real estate related operating divisions. The divisions and their activities are as follows :

REAL ESTATE SALES

Vogt & Associates operates a real estate sales operation representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential, residential income and commercial properties in Southern California.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Vogt & Associates provides their clients with a property management operation which assumes full responsibility for the renting, collection of rents, and the maintenance of the properties either through its own property maintenance division or approved outside contractors. This division currently has responsibility for approximately 1200 units.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Vogt & Associates is a property maintenance operation which supports the other four operating divisions physical maintenance requirements.

RENTAL PROPERTIES

Properties which are owned by Vogt & Associates, or it's affiliates, are managed through this division.

INVESTMENT / DEVELOPMENT

Vogt & Associates is involved in the purchase, rehabilitation and resale of distressed properties.

Vogt & Associates, principal officer is Don W. Vogt.
The president of Vogt & Associates, Don W. Vogt is a licensed real estate broker with 25 years of experience in real estate sales in addition to 35 years in the property management and maintenance side of the business.

Vogt & Associates operates from their office building located at 800 W. Carson St. #1  Torrance, California where a support staff manages the daily operations.
